Most Indian billing apps lure you in with a free plan, then lock GST invoices, multiple templates, or PDF export behind a ₹499–₹999/month subscription. BillCraft is the opposite: every generator, every template, and every calculator is free forever — no signup wall, no watermark stamped across your bill, no per-document limit, and no credit card on file. We keep the lights on with light, non-intrusive ads, not by holding your invoices hostage. For a freelancer raising three bills a month or a kirana store printing fifty, the price is the same: ₹0.
GST-compliant by default
A bill that looks professional but misses a mandatory field is useless at filing time. Every BillCraft invoice carries the fields the GST law expects — your GSTIN, the customer's details, a unique invoice number, HSN/SAC codes, taxable value, and the correct CGST + SGST (intra-state) or IGST (inter-state) split. You enter the rate; the engine handles the tax maths and the rounding so your totals actually tie out. Built for how India actually bills
Amounts use the Indian numbering system (₹1,07,380, not 107,380). Rent receipts include the revenue-stamp space and landlord-PAN line your HR team asks for. Templates leave room for a signature and a stamp because that's how a bill gets accepted at a real counter. These are the small, India-specific details that generic international invoice tools miss — and they're the reason a BillCraft document doesn't get bounced back.
