BillCraft is a free online and mobile application that allows users to create invoices, bills, receipts, and estimates. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Free Usage

BillCraft is free to use. We do not charge any fees for creating, downloading, or sharing invoices. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in the future, but core billing features will remain free.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter in your invoices.
• You must comply with all applicable Indian tax laws and regulations when using BillCraft to generate invoices.
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.

5. Data & Privacy

Your invoice data is stored locally on your device. We do not access or store your invoices. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on BillCraft — including the logo, design, text, and code — is the intellectual property of BillCraft. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Invoices you create using BillCraft belong to you. We claim no ownership over your generated documents.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BillCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that invoices generated will meet specific legal requirements in all jurisdictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

BillCraft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from incorrect invoices, tax miscalculations, or data loss.

9. Tax Compliance

BillCraft is a tool to help you create invoices. It is your responsibility to ensure your invoices comply with GST and other applicable tax regulations. We recommend consulting a Chartered Accountant for tax-related advice.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
